Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly instructions, and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup for larger furniture items.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
